Who owns the code?

Full, unencumbered ownership of your custom workflows + a perpetual, royalty-free licence to the platform core. Your workflows are yours outright; the platform core stays licensed to you permanently and royalty-free — you never pay again to use what we built on it.

Are we locked in?

No. The Run has no lock-in — cancel anytime. We'd rather keep the engagement by making it work than hold it by contract.

Why not just buy another SaaS tool?

Because the problem was never the tool — it's the missing structure the tool was meant to sit on. Another subscription on top of a broken process just gives the broken process another system to fail through. We fix the structure first; tools then have something to stand on.

What if you find nothing worth fixing?
