1. Who we are

EXP-ER LTD (Company No. 15139168), registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, is the data controller for all personal data collected through exp-er.com. Questions about this policy or your data: akshat@exp-er.com.

2. What the Friction Scanner collects

The "Find Your Friction" scanner on this site collects:

  • → Your name, work email, and company — so the report can be addressed and delivered to you.
  • → Your operational metrics — team size, monthly SaaS spend, reporting lag, and founder-approval stall hours — purely to calculate your Friction Index, Estimated Annual Waste, and System Status.

We do not collect payment data through this form, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not profile you across other sites.

3. Why we process it, and where it lives

Your submission is processed solely to:

  1. 01/ Generate and email your System Prescription & Friction Map report.
  2. 02/ Provision a free tenant workspace so your metrics can be stored against your company record and reused if you book a Diagnosis.

// Infrastructure

Submissions are stored in our Supabase (Postgres) workspace and delivered via Resend (transactional email). Both are bound by their own data-processing agreements. Email is sent from systems@exp-er.com; the "from" identity is used for delivery only.

4. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing. Your data is used to run the diagnostic you asked for — and for nothing else.

5. How long we keep it

Scanner submissions and generated reports are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • → Access — receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • → Deletion — have your data erased (we action within 30 days).
  • → Rectification — correct inaccuracies in your record.
  • → Objection & restriction — object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • → Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any right, email akshat@exp-er.com with the subject "Data Request". You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
